What is fasting?

Fasting is a means to deprive our physical body (in this case, with food) while focusing on God to hear what the Spirit is saying. We want to be a Kingdom-minded church. Fasting will prepare our hearts to hear from the Lord.

What is a Prayer Drive?

A prayer drive is a carpool with other Anthem Attendees of a predetermined
route while praying intentionally through provided topics. Topics like Rutgers Campus and college students, Revival, and Salvation will be addressed. Think about the drive like Joshua and the Israelites going around the walls of Jericho. They circled the city and then shouted for the victory God provided. We want to do the same.

Details

Meet at Agape Korean Church, 90 Cooper Ave, Iselin NJ at 4 pm. We’ll pray together and then split up into vehicles with a designated route and prayer topics.

At 6 PM, we will end the drive and fast at Pastor Hoon and Shelly’s house. Breaking the fast together in community will allow us to share what God is doing in and through our lives.
